Order Cancellations:

Revice prides itself on making premium denim at prices customers love and our cancellation policy allows us to continue to produce high quality products that are custom made in Los Angeles.

We accept order cancellations up to 24 hours after purchase. Your order will be cancelled and refunded to your original form of payment. After 24 hours, all pre-order items are immediately moved to production and in-stock styles are processed for shipment. Thereafter, we are not able to issue refunds/cancellations of any kind. 

Please note that we will not be able to cancel an order if the order was already shipped.

Returns/Exchanges:

Size didn't work out? Not loving the style you ordered? No worries babe! Revice accept returns within 30 days of delivery for exchange or store credit.

When returning all items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Customers will be responsible for shipping it back to Revice and cover return shipping costs. Exchanges will be shipped to you free of charge or you will receive store credit, all US orders ship free over $65.00. Please note, items may only be exchanged once. Once we receive your return, a code will be issued via email, along with instructions. This code may be used towards the purchase of any available items.

International Returns:

For international orders (out of the USA), you may send your order back to REVICE and we will issue you a gift card, minus the cost of shipping.

Returns must be shipped within 30 days of the delivery of your order. Please include your order number as a reference.

Holiday Return Policy:

All orders placed between November 22, 2020 and December 25, 2020 are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 31, 2021.  Items marked 50%-70% off will be FINAL SALE and not eligible for return/exchange.
